Find Your Voice Strategy Day | Coaching Agreement

By booking the consult and paying for this service, you agree to the following terms:


PAYMENT
Payment in full is due at the time of purchase. If you wish to pay in installments, please email Bethany to work out an arrangement. Payment plans will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
All sales are final. However, if you wish to cancel your coaching for any reason, a credit voucher will be issued via email for a future service up to one year (365 days) after your original purchase date.

RESCHEDULING
Life happens, I get it! If you need to reschedule, please kindly give me 24 hours advance notice from the booked consult time, if possible. You can reschedule your appointment directly from the confirmation email that was sent to you when you booked your consult. On the off-chance I need to reschedule, I will make every effort to notify you with 24 hours advance notice, in return.

RECORDING
I record all sessions. This is for your convenience to refer back to after our sessions have concluded (because no one likes taking notes!). This also aids further preparation on my end. Because these sessions are confidential, I do not publish or otherwise distribute these sessions to anyone or any platform other than cloud storage. You will be sent a download link to receive your copy within 24 hours of our consult. This link is good for ONE week, upon which the link and pathway are destroyed. If you feel highly uncomfortable with recorded sessions, please let me know before our session commences. The recording remains the property of Atelier Wrede and The Rocket Factory LLC. You may not publish or otherwise distribute this recording unless expressly requested and approved in writing by Bethany Wrede Peterson.

GOOD FAITH PARTICIPANCE
Prior to each session's commencement, I may send you homework via email to think, freewrite, and otherwise work on. You do not need to submit homework to me in advance of our sessions – this is simply to keep our work top of mind, even before our session commences and after our session concludes. Please come prepared to each session with your homework completed, so we can make the most our time together.
